Paul has over 25 years sales and marketing experience across a wide range of industries, including financial services, professional services, retail, motor and the education sector. For 8 years he held the position of the Head of Marketing for the Cardiff based Julian Hodge Bank Group and simultaneously held the position of Sales and Marketing Director for the Group’s retail motor arm – Continental Cars.

Whilst working for the group, the Hodge Equity Release and Carlyle Finance (now Novo Finance) brands were significantly developed with Hodge Equity Release achieving the accolade of Financial Adviser magazine – Equity Release Lender of the Year. The Carlyle Finance brand was successfully developed resulting in a major South African financial services company – WesBank – purchasing the company.

Paul has over many years had numerous articles printed in the financial trade and popular press.

Paul is a professionally qualified marketer and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a past Council Member of the Cardiff Chamber of Commerce
